Due to the nature of the service provided by Harmonic Enterprises (the Piano Coaching Program at, we do not offer refunds.

All orders are billed in advance and before delivery. does not offer refunds, credits, or adjustments for any payments made for any services provided. Any orders will be deemed accepted and final as soon as they are placed.

Our Refund Policy is based on two main factors:

1. Before purchasing a subscription to the Web site, you have the opportunity to assess the quality of our tutorials (and to review the functionality of our site) by watching/reading our numerous free sample tutorials on (and on our YouTube channel), and by reading our detailed FAQs.

If you have additional questions (not covered in our sample tutorials, and/or in the FAQ page), you can contact us anytime.

Therefore, if you are not happy with the quality/style of our sample tutorials (or with the functionality of our program), please do not subscribe in the first place.

2. Our Piano Coaching Program offers Virtual Content ONLY, that you get immediate access to and can utilize the moment your account has been activated.

However, you can easily cancel your recurring monthly/yearly membership subscription anytime. The important thing is to send us your cancellation request at least 2 days before the date of your next recurring payment.
